Terms of Service for Avigya

1) Description of the Service

Avigya is a creative intelligence workspace that helps teams orchestrate briefs, generate insights, and manage subscriptions. The Service may include AI-assisted outputs, collaboration features, dashboards, public websites, or APIs.

2) Eligibility & Acceptable Use

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into contracts.
• Provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or attempt to bypass rate limits and quotas.
• Do not resell or white-label Avigya without prior written consent.

3) Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at nikhil.shahane@21n78e.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4) Permissions & Data

We request the minimum data required to power your workspace. Refer to the Privacy Policy to learn what we collect and to the Data Deletion page to understand how to remove it.

5) Your Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload or generate. You grant Avigya a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any rights or violate applicable laws.

6) Third-Party Services

Some features may integrate with third-party tools. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, and Avigya is not responsible for availability or changes made by those providers.

7) Availability & Changes

We strive for high uptime but may modify, suspend, or discontinue components of the Service at any time. Beta or experimental features may be withdrawn without notice.

8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avigya and 21N78E Creative Labs disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid during the three months preceding the claim.

9) Termination & Governing Law

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may terminate at any time by closing your account. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in India.
