Interpretation & Definitions

Words with capitalized initial letters have specific meanings. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.

• Application refers to Avigya, the software provided by 21N78E Creative Labs.
• Company (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to 21N78E Creative Labs, A 101, Aurus Chambers, SS Amrutwar Marg, Worli, Mumbai 400013.
• Country refers to India.
• Service means the Application, website, APIs, and connected features maintained by us.
• Integrations refer to optional third-party services that you explicitly authorize Avigya to access (for example, cloud storage or analytics tools).
• You means the individual user or organization representative accessing or using the Service.

Information We Collect

Avigya collects the minimum amount of information required to provide the Service. Depending on how you use the platform, we may process:

• Account & profile data: Name, email address, avatar, and workspace membership so we can identify you, personalize the experience, and enforce subscription limits.
• Workspace configuration: Plan selection, billing references, deliverable preferences, and quota usage so teams can understand what is enabled for them.
• Uploaded assets & generated content: Briefs, uploaded references, and outputs generated through the Service. These items remain within your workspace and are never sold or shared.
• Communications: Requests you send via chat, support email, or feedback modules so we can respond and maintain audit trails.
• Technical diagnostics: Log data such as device type, browser, IP address, timestamps, and performance metrics for security and troubleshooting.
• Integration data: If you authorize Avigya to connect to another tool, we access only the scopes you approve and exclusively for the requested workflow.

How We Use the Information

Collected data is used solely for operating and improving Avigya:

• Providing, maintaining, and securing the Service.
• Personalizing your workspace and saving project context.
• Communicating about updates, billing, compliance notices, and support tickets.
• Monitoring usage patterns to improve reliability, safeguard accounts, and forecast capacity (aggregated and anonymized whenever possible).
• Meeting legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

Retention & Deletion

Workspace data remains active for as long as you hold an account or as required to meet legal obligations. You can request removal of specific assets or complete account deletion at any time. Please review the Data Deletion page for the step-by-step process.

Disclosure & Security

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers or sub-processors necessary to run Avigya, each bound by confidentiality agreements. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS, and sensitive secrets are stored using industry-standard safeguards. While no system is perfectly secure, we continually monitor, log, and limit access to production data.

Changes & Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new capabilities or regulatory requirements. The “Last updated” date above indicates the latest revision. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notice or email.
