Data Deletion Instructions

Avigya keeps only the information required to operate your workspace (account details, project data you intentionally upload, generated outputs, and audit logs). If you need any of this data removed, follow the steps below and we will process the request within 48 hours.
Session & token data
Authentication tokens are scoped to your web session and expire automatically when you sign out or close the browser tab. No long-lived access tokens are stored on our servers.
Requesting deletion
- Email nikhil.shahane@21n78e.com from the address associated with your Avigya account. Include the subject “Avigya Data Deletion”.
- Specify whether you want to delete the entire account or particular workspaces/projects. If your account is part of a team, please confirm you are authorized to request removal.
- We will acknowledge the request, remove the requested records (account profile, workspace data, generated assets, and logs), and confirm completion within 48 hours.
Third-party integrations
If you previously connected Avigya to an external tool (for example, storage, calendar, or messaging providers), revoke our access from that provider’s dashboard after submitting the deletion request. Once removed, Avigya cannot access any data from that integration.

Reach out if you require written confirmation or compliance documentation. We maintain audit logs of deletion events and can provide a signed confirmation once the request is completed.
